    B.Ed. and M.Ed. (Bachelors and Masters in education) degrees are required for a person if he/she wants to go for a career in teaching field. B.Ed. accompanied by an undergraduate degree in a particular course makes a person eligible for primary school teaching. B.Ed. with a post-graduation degree is required for secondary school teaching. M.Ed. is required when a person is interested in teaching the graduate students.
