BITS Pilani WILP division offers two engineering degree courses through distance learning i.e. B.Tech Engineering Technology and B.Tech Process Engineering . You may refer to following link for details: http://www.bits-pilani.ac.in/university/wilp/ProgrammesforIndividuals.
You can also do AMIE Section A and B through distance learning. The Institution of Engineers India (IEI) is the national organization for engineers in India. The IEI conducts an examination of its associate membership. This examination (Section A & Section B) is considered to be on par with BE / B.Tech.

Please avoid doing your under graduation through distance learning, you can pursue your Master's degree through distance even when you are working in a company. Distance learning degree worth less than the regular degree holders. Moreover, B.Tech is not a course which an individual can be good at by distance learning, it requires your proper concentration and focus.

Why would you do that? There are numerous engineering institutes which provide quality education through a full-time regular course, go for it rather than just getting a degree through distance.
