I have an interest in cooking, want to be an executive chef but I have no idea to take a further step!

6 years agoCatering is an industry which comes under hospitality industry. You need to join a hotel management college and take Food production as specialization, as you want to become Executive Chef. -
Firstly, you have to join a Hotel management course in which you can go for degree programme. You can do hotel management from University or through NCHMCT IHMs. -
There are many colleges in India who offer Hotel management course to student across the nation. Courses :
1. Bachelor of Catering Technology and Culinary Arts
