Can I know about CS course? What is its scope?

CS means Company Secretaryship. Its a fellowship in Institute of Company Secretaries in India. There are three levels, prelims , executive and main. 12th standard is eligibility for prelims , Commerce graduates can enroll for second level directly. The course is focused on various topics in management , such as Corporate Laws, Business Laws, Business Economics, Management , Financial Accounting,Taxation, Management accounting, financial management , labor laws etc. Company secretaries are one of the top level official in a corporate firm. All companies with a minimum turnover of 5 crores , must appoint a company secretary. Company Secreatries are principle officer of a company.They play a major role in company administration. They act as a mediator between company and share holders .they are the authorities who is authorized to issue share and debentures on behalf of the company,.he is one who is representing company at court and practicing legal maters for company as he is an expert in company and commecial laws.
