IIT Madras has started a summer internship programme on 2 tracks, a) Data Analytics and b) RISC-V. About 40 students have joined this programme for a duration of 2 months. The goal of these 2 high end programs is to create curiosity in niche computer subjects and to inject passion for innovation among students. These 2 programs will have 30% theory and 70% practice so that the students will get a full grasp of the concepts. - Working Professionals are not eligible to apply for internships
- Students must pursue the IITM BSc Degree without other commitments (on-campus degree or full-time job)
- Students will have to fulfill training requirements before they apply for internships.
- Students should have completed 4 courses + 2 course projects at the Diploma level.
- Students will be allowed to apply once they complete at least one Diploma course.
- Non-refundable Registration fees of INR 1,800 (incl GST) must be submitted
Yes, the IIT Madras BS degree is provided online. The content in the BS course is delivered online, whereas various quizzes and exams are conducted in person at examination centres across India and outside India.
