Can I know about Lovely Professional University?

LPU Campus is spread over 700+ acres. I get to know when I visited to enroll myself It has all the facilities in one campus, let it be the hospital, shopping mall, hotel, banks, ATM machines campus is one of the safest campuses maintained by over 400 full-time security professionals, most of whom are experienced ex-military personnel. I was surprised to SEE the diverse dining and shopping options available within the university campus. There is a state-of-the-art 8-storey mall which has shops of all possible needs, departmental stores, and gadget stores too. Diverse options of dining are also available within the campus, which range from traditional Indian sweets to modern coffee shops. Most importantly, it has various banks with more than 50 ATMs inside the campus; hence, students need not go outside for any kind of transactions. The campus of LPU is so vast that it has its own postal code and office. I would recommend you to visit this university once if you are planning to get admission for yourself or anyone else. Thanks to e-rickshaw and local auto anyone can now commute easily inside the campus. It really is one of the largest and well-built universities in India.

Dear Sonali. Yes, of course, being alumni of LPU, I might share the information about LPU with you. I am an MBA alumnus of LPU and recommend LPU to everyone for higher education. LPU is spread over 600 acres of campus having 30000+ students and 3500+ faculty and staff. Many students come across the world which makes me feel like I'm in a foreign country. LPU offers more than 200+ programmes every year in different fields Good Placement: Every year more than 500+ companies including national and multinational companies visit LPU for placement. A few of them are Microsoft, Amazon, Adobe, etc. In which they are placed. The maximum package available for the Engineering programme is 42 LPA till now. Scholarships: LPU provides very good scholarships to bright students with good academic records, sports, or extracurricular activities achievement. LPU also helps students in the Education loan facility. Faculty: All faculty members are well qualified from IITs, NITs, Iims, and top-ranked universities all over the world. Infrastructure: All the facilities are available on the campus itself, a student does not need to go outside for anything. Hi Sonali, LPU is only one of the few private universities which has recognised this and developed the process of continuous feedback and consultations with industry to upgrade the syllabi in real time ! LPUs investment in intellectual capital is way beyond comprehension, extremely qualified and talented ! With a research powerhouse of more than 100 post doctorates and 700 PHDs LPUs strength is its academic power. Coming to infrastructure, the huge 600 acre plus campus which is equipped with each and every machinery, equipment an software required in all the programs is a wonder in itself, just for an example, more than 10 companies have established the centers for excellence within the campus with their own investment to keep an eye on the abundant talent ! The central library is one massive 6 story building with lacs of books and network to produce any title anytime ! And this is in addition to many other libraries in all the departments. Industry plays important part in shaping the careers of students at LPU, from consulting for curriculum, to guest lectures, industry interface, internships, consulting projects, establishing centers, providing machinery and equipment's, software, certifications and finally immersing the students from campus. Attracting 30000 plus students, 200 international universities and more than 600 companies from all over the world to its state of the art multicultural campus year after year after year speaks volumes about LPU.

The university was established in 2005 by Lovely International Trust, under The Lovely Professional University Act, 2005 (Punjab Act 25 of 2005) and started operation in 2006 and in 2006 only LPU got recognistion from UGC.</p><p>LPU is the 1st private university who got accreditation from ICAR in 2018.IN 2021 ,13 students of LPU represented&nbsp; INDIA in tokyo olympics 2020 and won 1 gold,1 silver and 2 bronze medal.In 2021 LPU launches UGC entitled online programmes.In 2023 LPU recieved NAAC A+ grade 3.68 out of the scale of 4.</p>

As LPU is one of the best and the largest growing platforms in India through which, one can strive for their goals and dreams to begin, not only nationally but also internationally. There are so many CORE VALUES of LPU and are as follows: The pursuit of Excellence Through Innovation, Collaboration, and continuous improvement Freedom of thought and expression Integrity and Professional ethics Respect for diversity Accountability for actions and results LPU has more than 30K STUDENTS FROM all the states of INDIA & 70 COUNTRIES! And life at LPU is very happening every day from morning to at least 8 pm, facilities are inside the campus. You need to put a hawk's eye every time on Academics too because it decides your future in LPU and the outer world also. Comprising all the other learning experiences LPU is having few strict policies which definitely helps students but they often realize when they got good placements and they find themselves cop-up with the corporate culture and schedule very easily.
