A post-Graduation in Management/Business Administration is done after pursuing graduation in any stream. The special thing is, that even if you pursued B.Sc, you can go for MBA. The selection for admission is done based on Competitive Exams like CAT. Some private universities offer their own tests as well. If you make a selection of Specialization based on your competence and work smartly, scope is always there.
