You need to prepare well to crack NEET exam. You will be offered colleges according to your marks in NEET. MBBS is a year duration course. After completing MBBS degree, you have to do internship, in which you will be offered any hospital to practice your Doctorate and you will be paid for this internship.
If you want to become a specialist, then you have to choose any field like medicine, cardiology, etc. and you have to pursue 3 years PG.
