Can I know about PGDIR and PM? Will it be beneficial for me to pursue PGDIR and PM before opting for MBA?

Hello davinder, welcome to https://shiksha.com; as of I know PGDIR means post graduate diploma in international relations, that is one of the specialization in MBA which normally b-schools have, I am not sure what is PM !, while coming to M.COM in distance that is different than MBA, if you want to

Thank you. PM is Personnel Management. So, PG Diploma in Industrial Relations & Personnel Management is good or not and I am preparing for MAT exam, so can you please tell me which MBA college would be good in Odisha.
