The cutoff for B.Tech in Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence at IIIT Delhi varies from year to year. The cutoff for the academic year 2022-2023 was as follows:
- General - 11,000
- OBC - 9,000
- SC - 7,000
- ST - 5,000
The cutoff is higher for the General category than for the OBC, SC, and ST categories

Round 3 cut off rank was around 188 for 2022 for B.Tech in Computer Science at IIIT Delhi.
