Can I know about the fee waiver scheme of UPTU? What would be the expected fee structure of B.Tech if I take admission in PSIT through UPTU?

In the fee waiver scheme, your college's tuition fee is only waived off, instead of that, I'll prefer you to fill the scholarship form, and then your approximately 80% marks college fees will be refunded to you. -
Approximately 60K per annum would be the fee structure.
