No, Chandigarh University's placement record is not bogus. Chandigarh University has been recognised as India's "University with Best Placements. " With more than 627 Multi-Nationals visiting CU Campus in 2018-19, the number of offerings has increased to 6314, and the costliest package has increased by 30% to a new high of 31.77 LPA. Chandigarh University has broken the Limca Book of Records for the most corporations providing 6314 offers to students in a single academic year, becoming the first university in India to do so. If we merely look at the Computer Science and Information Technology departments, we can observe that almost 85% of students had been placed previously. Many students from this university have been placed by companies like as Amazon, Walt Disney, Microsoft, Deloitte, SAP Labs, Capegemini, Wipro, IBM, and others. The most expensive package is: Rs. 32.5 LPA in engineering 14 LPA for management Rs. 18 LPA for hospitality As a result, there are no bogus placements at Chandigarh University.
