As an alumnus of LPU, I feel proud to answer this question. I was a student in the batch of B.Tech CSE of 2012 , the knowledge that I gained while studying has helped me a lot in shaping my career. Lovely Professional University (LPU) is the best Engineering College in Punjab for CSE. Number of admissions in CSE department have been increased rapidly and has become one of the popular courses among Engineering aspirants. It focuses on the basic elements of Computer Programming and networking. I am saying this because I have completed the same course from Lovely Professional University, Reviews are pretty good. Well, the curriculum of CSE in LPU is very good. CSE is one of the branches in LPU which have wonderful placements. Most of the students get placed in reputed companies with few opting for higher studies. Special inputs in the form of placement classes are given to students to improve their skills and prepare them for placements. Professors are easily approachable in the college and are well experienced. They are know all the technicalities. Students can contact them anytime for the study purpose. The latest teaching methods are used in the classroom. Mostly, the interviews matter a lot. If you did well over there, you will definitely get a good job. Recently in the Amazon placement drive, 15-16 students got a package within in the range of 11-16 Lacs and it's a good package, Tanya Arora she got 42 LPA from Microsoft.
