Dear Sanjay, While I certainly support the list of the universities mentioned above, I do feel that your academics in your undergrad, GRE & TOEFL besides your strong letter of recommendations & statement of purpose fetches you scholarships. The scholarships comes in different forms at universities at Masters level: Research Assistant ship Teaching Assistant ship etc. The RA & TA is awarded to academically promising students. Good luck.
