LPU is located on NH-1. Between Jalandhar City and Phagwara Town. First thing is you don't have to worry about surrounding because most of the things you need you can get it inside campus itself. Now the things for which you might need to go out of campus is : Movies : Hardly 5 kms from campus VIVA mall. To Party : For all luxury Cabana Restro (Non-veg + Liquor) is there for bit normal again within 5 KM radius. For pure Veg Punjabi food Haveli and Rangla Punjab is there 10KM from campus. KFC is also there next to Haveli. Shopping : VIVA mall has Reliance Trends, Vishal Mega Mart at Phagwara. For branded one you we have few Brand shops at campus itself otherwise you can go to Jalandhar.

The surroundings of Lovely Professional University are really very good. You will feel like you are in a foreign country as many nationalities are there. From more than 50 countries, the students come to LPU for higher studies from a Diploma programme to a doctorate degree programme. The staff of LPU is very friendly with each student. There is a shopping mall on the campus. Every facility is available on the campus itself, a student does not need to go outside for anything. On the campus, Central Library, Hospital facility is available 24*7 for staff and students, Indoor Sports Stadium with 3 Olympic size Swimming Pools, Public/Private Sector Banks, ATM, etc. For more details, you may refer to the LPU website. LPU may be found on NH-1. Between Phagwara Town and Jalandhar City. First off, you don't need to worry about the neighbourhood because the majority of what you need can be found on campus. The following are some reasons you might need to leave campus:Movies: VIVA mall is only about 5 km from campus.
