hi bharath, the scholarship is not only dependent only on the GRE but the overall profile of a student ie. GRE scores, academics, SOP, LORs etc.
For better chances of scholarship not only a 1400 GRE score will help but also it is important to apply early to the university ie. in the 1st round itsel

1300 or above in GRE - the higher the score, the greater are your chances of a scholarship.
