Can I know if I am not from a reputed college, I am from Solapur University does it affects my chances to get into a B-School?

Absolutely not. Entrance exams CAT MAT etc. Marks are the most important for an entry into B-schools. You must also have a minimum of 60% in your UG degree. The reputation of your college does not affect your admission into any B-schools.
