    Dear Aspirant, Yes, Lovely Professional University is a good private university for the Civil Engineering programme. LPU offers B.Tech, M.Tech, and Ph.D. in Civil Engineering. One of my best friends completed both B.Tech and M.Tech in Civil Engineering from LPU. He got placement as well while studying there. Now he has started his own business of construction and earning well. Recently, he told me that he is planning for a part-time Ph.D. from LPU itself in Civil Engineering.
