Can I know my GPA? My CPI is 6.73. I have done B.Tech in civil engineering.

Mostly, foreign universities don't ask for GPA in scale of 4. They will ask you either to get a WES evaluation or to submit the original sealed transcripts and then they will calculate GPA with their own calculators.
However, if you want to calculate for your own satisfaction, there are many online
