I have scored low it CAT entrance and looking forward to join an MBA college offering PGDM in marketing course. Got 60+ in 10th and 12th standard.

Well, almost all colleges will have majority, if it's placements for marketing. However, you can definitely consider IBA in terms of ROI. The least package is around INR. 4.5 lacs and the highest goes up to 10 INR. lacs. Companies like Deloitte, Bata, HDFC, ICICI, Reckett Benckiser, and get come for placements. The investment is reasonable including hostel fees (somewhere around INR. 9-9.5 lacs including tuition and hostel fees).
