Dear Friend, As far as I remembered, I used to pay the hostel fee in the month of April/May month. I recommend you contact the fee department for an exact time period of fee submission. You can also approach your hostel warden. Hope this helps.

Dear student, the information regarding hostel fees and payments can be found on the University Management System (UMS),

In case you wish to utilize residential facilities beyond the academic session for purposes such as summer school, reappear examinations, makeup examinations, PEP, EEP classes, etc., you may need to pay an additional proportional hostel fee. This is subject to availability and permission from the residential services.

The students are required to pay the Hostel Fee for the 2nd year in the month of April. (the earlier you submit the fees, the earlier you will get the hostel, and there can be chances that you will get your preferred choice of room).

The fee and payment details for hostel are available on the UMS and applications for changing the room is also available.

There is a separate interface where the students can opt for filling their preferences or changing the hostel or the rooms accordingly. you can draft and application to your warden or residential department, if it still not works than you can post a RMS from your university management sys
