Dear Aspirant, Both LPU and Manipal Sikkim are good private universities. Here I can only share the information about LPU as I have spent my two years of postgraduation and know well about LPU. Good Placement: Every year more than 500+ companies including national and multinational companies visit LPU for placement. A few of them are Microsoft, Amazon, Adobe, etc. In which they are placed. The maximum package availed for the Engineering programme is 42 LPA till now. Scholarships: LPU provides very good scholarships to bright students with good academic records, sports, or extracurricular activities achievement. LPU also helps students in the Education loan facility. Faculty: All faculty members are well qualified from IITs, NITs, Iims, and top-ranked universities all over the world. Infrastructure: All the facilities are available on the campus itself, a student does not need to go outside for anything. On the campus, Central Library, Hospital facility is available 24*7 for staff and students, Shopping mall, Indoor Sports Stadium with 3 Olympic size Swimming Pools, Public/Private Sector Banks, ATM, etc. Ranking:

2. Ranked 2nd for Decent Work and Economic Growth in India
3. Ranked 3rd in India by the Atal Ranking of Institutions on Innovation Achievements (ARIIA)
4. LPU has been ranked among the top institutions in India for many of its disciplines by NIRF ranking 2021. LPU is 12th in Architecture, 24th in Law and 23rd in Pharmacy, 37th in Business Management, 66th in Engineering, and 62nd in Universities across India.
5. Ranked amongst the Top 200 universities of the world as per the prestigious Times Higher Education Impact Rankings 2021.

Always choose the institute that along with good education provides you with a platform to improve your ideas and provide a stage to bring your innovative ideas into practice. As far as these colleges are concerned, I would prefer Lovely Professional University. The Lovely Professional University (LPU) has been ranked 47th among all government & private universities in India, in the National Institutional Ranking Framework (NIRF) Rankings 2022, which was released by Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan recently. I would rate LPU 5/5 in all aspects such as Academics, Placements, Ranking, Infrastructure, Faculty, etc. Infrastructure:
All the facilities are available on the campus itself; a student does not need to go outside for anything they can get each and everything under roof. LPU is nowadays considered one of the leading private universities in India. Rather than going to praise my university, I would like to help you by sharing my own experience. I am pursuing B.Tech in computer Science and I feel joining LPU was one of the best decisions of my academic life. It has an amazing and experienced academic staff, all knowledgeable and mostly IITians. Curriculum: LPU curriculum is designed in exhaustive consultations with industry and is upgraded every semester depending on the feedback received from the employers of current students. Technologies: A large number of technologies are a part of curricula like SAP, Advance Excel, GitHub, Machine learning and many more MOOCs which are all at no additional charges. Infrastructure: Writing bout the infrastructure of LPU is not even required, the whole world is in awe including the IITs, Iims and NITs. Diversity: LPU attracts a diverse set of students and faculty from all across India as well as more than 70 countries. This gives a unique exposure to a cross-cultural ecosystem. Centre for Professional Enhancement: This centre in itself is a most unique feature of LPU, which takes care of soft skills, professional ethics, sensibilities, mentorship etc. For the students right from the first semester.
