LPU is the 1st private university that got approval from ICAR. LPU has 1200+ acres of agricultural land for agriculture students only. Students of the School of Agriculture are placed in Dhanuka, HDFC Bank, Reliance retail, Syngenta, Bio Seed, Nestle, Smur Agro, VLCC, Virbac, Sanra organics, and many more. The maximum package offered for in Agri. at LPU is 19.25 LPA and the average package is 3.4 LPA. LPU provides placement classes to all the students from the very first year who opt for the placement. With the help of this, they can prepare themselves for placements till the pre-final year because the companies will start visiting for the recruitment of students from a pre-final year.
