    FOOD is the mainstay of hospitality Industry. The training in the hospitality is not complete without training of food preparation. The aspirants need to learn the basic principles of cooking, basic ingredient mixing and cooking techniques for various cuisines, preparation of food in different quantities, as the client's number may vary every time. The food preparation is taught for single person to bulk quantities for parties of thousands of persons.
