Can I learn PHP programming language after completing class 12th if I didn't opt for CS or maths in class 12th?

Yaa good but you have to start from basics and you have to do an internship That's will be easy then. Unschool institute is a good platform to learn.

You can learn PHP after 12th as it's quite easy to learn. But only knowing PHP may not be good for long-term career.
