Yes, you can. You can join some certification course or Diploma, certification course in web designing.
Also, you can improve your knowledge by self study. you can refer w3schools.com for self study.
Just practice JavaScript, HTML5, bootstrap, Ajax, CSS, CSS3 and improve your knowledge of web desig
