    Here, it depends on what kind of career you want to build in fitness or sports. Is it into management or administration or is it you yourself want to pursue sports & fitness as a career? In either case, the plan of action will have to be different. Post-MBA, you also need to pursue certification courses in fitness/ sports in specific areas in which you intend to make a career.

    Yes, you can make a career in both the ways. If you want to make a career in fitness or sports, then it would be more awesome and it would be better opportunity for you, because nowadays various competition such as Mr. and MS. Models of particular state or country are held. And, if you are good in fitness, then you can just participate in these type of competitions.
