Can I make payment through my brothers Credit card for IATA distance learning course on IATA website,if I make a bank draft then where should I deposit that for march 2014 exams. With whom should I contact for this matter.

That must be ok. Let your brother pay for (Swipe or provide the card details) it and if required, make a disclosure that your brother financed it.
