Can I manage CS studies with LLB studies at the same time? I am appearing for LLB in a reputed college.

You can do it, but there will be extreme pressure. You will have to adopt strict time management strategy. It also depends on your capability. It is tough, but not impossible. Be determined and confident. You will do it.
