Can I meet the students of my range of ranks/marks, if I join JIIT? I have scored 12k rank in JEE advance and 180 marks in JEE mains.

Probably not. You could find some, but the probability is less. Usually students here have scored around 150 in their JEE mains. BUT you will find plenty of them who got good ranks in JEE advanced. Even better than 12k.
