    Yes it is possible to migrate from Chandigarh university to Goswami Ganesh Dutta Sanatan Dharma college in B.A. 2nd year. But the aura set by Chandigarh University for study is much higher than any other colleges. One can gets the best education in Chandigarh University. Talking about the rules of migration in Chandigarh University are: There will be no migration in Postgraduate courses, because of the limited period of degree. In the case of undergraduate courses, migration will be restricted to the 3rd semester. After that, no migration will be allowed.     Yes you can migrate from Chandigarh University to Goswami ganesh dutta sanatan dharma college in B.A. 2nd year. But I would like to say don't migrate as this university rank, 1st in Punjab and 4th in north India and seventh in private universities in India. If situations are not allowing you than again I want to suggest you that you have two year left for completion of your degree and Complete your degree with NAAC-A+ university it will definitely help you in making your career.     It completely depends on your choice to migrate and choose your location, But if I am to advise you, I will be recommending you to not migrate Because Chandigarh University is one of the best universities of today's time also they have very good placement cell. For our reference, I am putting up some migration policies of CU:

    Yes, you can, but you should not. Because Chandigarh University is the best university in today's time. It has best placement cell with good infrastructure. Here are some migration policies of CU: There will be no migration in Postgraduate courses, because of the limited period of degree. In the case of undergraduate courses, migration will be restricted to the 3rd semester. After that, no migration will be allowed. Migration can be done only if the number of deficient courses are not more than 3 subjects. In deciding the deficiency, special care will be taken that least deficiency is there in case of fundamentals and essential courses

    You should continue your studies from Chandigarh university. Chandigarh University provides great career options. Chandigarh university focusing more on the practical aspect of courses.
