Can i migrate from Hindi journalism and mass communication to English journalism and mass communication in DU?

I am pursuing Hindi journalism and mass communication now from Khalsa college. Can I migrate to other colleges of Delhi university for English journalism and mass communication in next year and if I can, then tell me about the procedure to migrate? Currently i am in first year.

Dear Shubham, Pursuing Journalism Degree in a college affiliated to DU and migrating to another college affiliating to the same university is easy, subject similarity of syllabus in previous years and seat vacancy in the respective college.
