Can I migrate from MERI College to MDU Rohtak?

I am a BBA 2nd year student. My 3rd semester exams are just started. But I want to take admission in MDU. Can I get admission in MDU on the course of BBA 3rd year?

If the college is in same state, you can migrate but as if you are in your final term so it will be difficult in doing so. So better to be in your present college and if you want you can go for MDU for further studies.
