Can I migrate from Rajasthan University to Mahatma Gandhi University, Kerala in the first year?
In +2, I have 75% marks from Kerala Board.

It can only be possible from the second year and college change or university change after first year is completely dependent on college and university norms. Some universities allow it and some won't plus you need to have good scores in first year to apply for the same. For further details, contact the college authorities.
