Can I migrate to a college in Hyderabad for B.Tech third year?

I took admission in B.Tech 2nd year through lateral entry in Andhra Pradesh. Now, I want to change my college.

Hello Jalla, Interstate transfer is next to impossible. I am afraid you have to stay in current college till graduation.
