For the transfer from one college to another college, students are required to get NOC from the college in which he is studying as well as from the college where he/she wants to take admission. Students also need approval from the RTU. If you have a very sound reason and both the colleges are satisf

YES, YOU can but have to filled the form for college transfer which available in RTU website.
