Dear Derrick,
No, there is no such provisions under which a pharmacist can open his own clinic.
The Pharmacy Council of India ( PCI) recently released a circular in which PCI clearly states that pharmacist can't open their own clinic.

If we have done our B.Sc nursing then, can we open a clinic?
