Yes, definitely you can open up your own lab after doing BMLT. Technology. But you need to have all lab licenses and a serious budget for same.

Yes, of course you can open, for that you should be experienced in this field and also for opening a lab there must have licence you have to provide legally and it is too expensive to set up.
