    No, you are not allowed to open a clinic after completing the BPharm degree from Haridwar University. According to PCI (Pharmacy Council of India), pharmacist are not eligible to open their own clinics. For starting the clinic a person should be a holder of MBBS degree. Without an MBBS degree no one can operate a clinic or even prescribe medicine to patients. However, after completing the BPharm degree, you are applicable to obtain a license for the chemist/medicine shop. A pharmacist should always give medicine according to the prescription of doctor.
