Can i opt B.Com course from EIMT(Ethics Institute of management technology,new delhi) are they approved 4m UGC & DEC.

As EIMT claims that they are recognized from UGC & DEC, are they really recognized and can i do the course through them for Mahatma Gandhi University as they are providing the same. As i stay in Hyd i can't meet and verify them an expert opinion will help me to make a right decision. Please suggest.
