Can I opt for a different college after the declaration of the second cutoff list (DU) if a college has already been allotted to me?

If you clear the cut-off of different colleges in the 2nd cut-off list, then you have to go to the college in which you took admission in the 1st cut-off list. There they will give you a cancellation form, and after you fill that up they will return you all your documents. After collecting the documents, you can go to the college whose cut-off you cleared later and follow the similar admission process as you did earlier.

First, you have to cancel the seat of your first allotment. And then go to take admission in the college which you get in another list.
