Eligibility criteria to seek admission in B.Sc, CS or B,Sc IT is 10+2 from a recognised board of education with maths as a subject. Some universities such as Symbiosis University allows PCB students also to seek admission in B.Sc CS or B.Sc IT. Your choices of universities will be restricted.

Yes, if you have completed PCB (Physics, Chemistry, Biology) in your 12th grade education, you can choose to pursue a B.Sc. in IT or a B.Sc. in Computer Science. While most colleges and universities favour applicants who have taken mathematics in their 12th grade for these programs, some may accept applicants with a PCB background. But you might have to make up the lost ground in the fundamental maths courses you need to take. It's a good idea to look into the precise requirements for admission to the colleges you're interested in, and if necessary, take extra maths classes.

No, you can't do that. Maths is important, as one of the main subject for B.Sc Computer Science (PCM is in the eligibility criteria).
