Can I opt for B.Tech if I have given MHT CET of only PCB but have given HSC BOARDS of all 4 subjects PCMB.

NO, you can't because for taking admission in engineering mathematics is a compulsory subject. So, if you are a AB group student then you should choose PCMB in MHT CET exam that's called an ISOLATED exam and based on that score you could get B.Tech. Hope you get your answer!
