Can I opt for B.Tech in computer engineering after completing 12th without computer science with chemistry, maths &biology as my subjects?

    Yes,
    For getting in B.Tech, good college and your scores are important. Computer science is branch of B.Tech. Computer engineering is nothing.

    Yes, you can, because in first year, they will teach you the basics like C and C+, but my opinion is to learn basics before. So, there won't be any problems.
