Can I opt for business studies in Canada after doing 12th (PCM)? Will Canadian high commission grant or reject my visa for this?

I got 78% in class 12th with non-medical stream and 7.5 bands in IELTS. Can I opt courses like business administration or business information technology? I have heard that my visa request will get refused as there is no interview in the Canadian visa process.
