Can I opt for CA after class 12 without maths?

    Hi Pallavi,you surely can opt for CA.Apply for the CPT exam which is the preliminary step.registration ends on 31st mar 2015.You can either apply now and attempt the exam in June or try the one in December.But the recent news is that the syllabus is going to change and the exam is going to be descriptive.Almost all the students from non-maths commerce finds maths a bit difficult.As you have selected your career try to get extra classes for maths

    Hi Pallavi,
    There is no such criteria stating that you are required to have Maths in the
    qualifying examination/degree to be eligible for CA course.
    You can apply for CA-CPT after passing 10+2 in any of arts/science/commerce stream.
