Can I opt for fighter pilot in Indian air force after graduating?

Apply for NDA exam which is conducted twice a year. Get through exam, SSB interview, PABT, Medical, and merit then you get call letter for NDA. Spend three years there as air Force cadet and then spend another 1 and half year at AFA, you are ready to go now. You can also apply for graduate entries such as AFCAT CDSE, NCC.
Always remember fighter branch is given to you only when you clear all the test standards of it. -
There is no direct recruitment for fighter branch in Indian Air Force. If you are a science graduate you may appear for CDS examination conducted by UPSC for joining the flying branch as a commissioned officer.
Sub-branch distribution between fighter, transport and helicopter is decided after the basic flying training. Distribution is done on the basis flying aptitude and amount of vacancies.
