Can i opt for MA in psychology if i have done bachelors in commerce in MIT wpu ? If at all yes then do i need to give any entrance test ?

Yes , you can fo MA in psychology , with your B com degree , but you must have 50 % in your graduation , for taking admission in MA , and in some colleges they don't take entrance exam for taking admission in it , but in some college , they take entrance exam for MA psychology.
