Can I opt for MBA? Which specialization would be better for me? Will MBA colleges consider B.Tech aggregate % marks for placement in MBA?

I have done B.Tech Electrical & electronics engineering, from JNTU with just 54.55 % aggregate.

MBA admissions are based on the open test score that you get in CAT. The admissions are based on merit based and on your percentile score that you achieve. In order to seek admission in MBA, one needs to have scored minimum 50% marks at the graduation level.
