Hello Rangesh,
It's certainly not possible to go for M.sc in Mathematics after completing B.com hons as you need to have a B.sc in Mathematics or a B.sc pass graduate degree with mathematics as a pass subject.

You can think of doing an M Com, MBA or CA/CWA/CS/ACCA/CIMA etc. You can even think of pursuing some Computer courses.
